Eagles, Black bears and Moose .... Ohhh MY!

Well we made it into Canada and the Yukon, and currently we are in Whitehorse. It is the Yukon capital and is actually a pretty large town. They have a Walmart and a McDs (all Canada versions) and a ton of places to eat. We are currently staying at the Best Western also know as the Gold Rush Inn!

So I am going to try and upload a few photos from yesterday and see if the Internet is any better....fingers crossed......
Horse Tail Falls- leaving Valdez

Amazing!
Wrangle Mountain Range
Top of the world!
Copper River Valley
Almost to Tok, AK

Not much to Tok, AK we decided to have a few drinks at the bar in our hotel which boasted the largest Marg in Alaska. Of course I had to have one, and it was amazing thanks to the best bartender in Tok, AK Ditty (yes that is his real name.) He loved me and kept giving us extra mixed drinks!

Shortly after leaving Tok, AK toward to Canadian boarder, we called our parents and let them know we wouldn't have phones for about 5 days. It was sunny and amazing out!! We had a great drive and got to see some pretty amazing wildlife .....a little too close!
View into Canada
Getting ready! First time into Canada

The boarder, if you look close you can see the space made in the trees for the boarder.

Kip saw this guy behind us and made a quick U-turn (safe U-turn)
So close, thought he might even get into the car!
Awesome to be that close!

Well the Internet wont let me upload any more pictures but I hope to upload some more tomorrow!Keeping my fingers crossed for Internet. Cant wait to head out and explore some of Whitehorse (praying it doesn't keep raining.) and then hit the road again to Watson Lake, Yukon.
