Party in the USA!!!!

So it has been a few days, due to lack of photos and energy level. We have been driving and I cant believe its already been a week since we left Alaska. The time is flying by, but here are a few updates. We made it to Vancouver, our first big city including big city traffic. We even got to stop at our first Diners Drive Ins and Dives spot! We stayed in downtown Vancouver in an area called Yaletown, it was a cute area with some great bars. We then made in into the US, so excited to see the rest of our fav country! Check out everything we have seen!!!

We then started on a pretty scary part of the drive. Maybe it was the height or maybe it was Kips driving......kidding!!! haha

After finding our hotel, we headed out to find our first Diners, Drive Ins and Dives spot. It is a small noodle restaurant that was filled with Asian speaking patrons. I was pretty excited and Kip was happy to wait in line :)

NOODLESSS! The food was awesome and def glad we were able to find this place and follow in Guys foot steps. More stops to come!

After dinner we headed out to Yaletown, and local area of bars and restaurants where the "young people" like to go. Our hotel was close by and it was a perfect walk!!

The next day we headed out, pretty excited to head back into USA!

We waited in line for 1 1/2 hrs to get back into the homeland (Washington). I guess I was expecting them to be excited for us to come back but no. The guy was actually kind of a jerk, asked the same questions about our travel plans over again. And actually said "Oh they have a job for that in the military? Are you an officer or something? Man y'all have it made...." Just RUDE!

Anyways..... we headed on and got pretty excited to turn on our phones and talk to our family/friends.

Finally into Oregon, and our next stop...... long drive but excited to be back in the LOWER 48!!!!

PS- Kip also took a picture of his dream car......we can all dream. But it will not be red!
